  • 500g boneless chicken pieces, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

To make this dish:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large pan on medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and stir-fry until it turns golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  2. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan along with the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions become slightly translucent.
  3. Add the sliced red bell pepper to the pan and sauté with the onions for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, then add the paprika powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry all the ingredients together for another 2-3 minutes until everything is coated in the sauce and the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with some fresh parsley.

This dish is perfect to serve with steamed rice and some stir-fried vegetables. It's great for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion if you're having guests over!
