The Classic Grill
First up, we've got the classic grill. All you need is a grill pan, some olive oil spray, and of course, your tempeh. Simply slice your tempeh into thin pieces, spray your grill with olive oil, and cook your tempeh for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve it up with some grilled vegetables and you've got yourself a delicious and healthy meal!
The Tempeh Burger
If you're craving something a bit more substantial, why not try making a tempeh burger? Mash up your tempeh and mix it with some breadcrumbs, an egg, and your favourite seasonings. Shape the mixture into patties and cook on a frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve it up on a whole wheat bun with all your favourite burger toppings.
The Tempeh Salad
For a lighter option, try making a tempeh salad. Simply chop up some lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and any other veggies you like. Grill your tempeh using the method from the first recipe, and slice it up to top your salad. Drizzle with a balsamic vinaigrette and enjoy!
The Tempeh Stir-Fry

Last but not least, we've got a super flavourful tempeh curry. Saute some onions and garlic in a pot, and then add your favourite curry powder and some coconut milk. Add in some sliced tempeh and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
